Lightwave Ultraviolet Ballast, and replacement for Honey Well (# EB-1005-03)

Lightwave Ultraviolet Ballast , 420 ma. Ballast has switch for 120 volt or 220/230 volt. Operates one germicidal lamp, 420 ma. Rapid start. Dimensions - Length (includes mounting tabs) 3" , Width - 1.75", Height 1".  Replacement for EB-1005-05LF, EB-1005-10, EB-1020 (LW20EB40-230).

Replacement for Honey Well ballast.  Item # EB-1005-03 (same as EB-1005-10, only difference is EB-1005-03 has 120/220-230 switch).  Operates same lamps as EB-1020.

Lamps - GPH793, GPH843, TUV30, TUV36, G36T5, GSL692T5.
